Will my dog be walked with other dogs?We provide personalized one-on-one walks to give your dog the best care and attention. However, we may consider small group walks if requested by all owners and if all dogs get along.

How long are the walks?Our standard walks are 30 mins, but we can adjust for a range of times based on your dog's needs.

Can you walk my dog off-leash?For safety reasons, we only walk dogs on-leash unless we are in a secure, enclosed area and have your permission.

Do you walk dogs in bad weather?Yes! We walk dogs rain or shine. If the weather is extreme (heavy storms or unsafe conditions), we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Do you provide walking supplies like leashes, treats, or poop bags?We bring poop bags for every walk to keep things clean and convenient. For the best experience, we ask that owners provide their dog’s leash, harness, and any treats they’d like us to use. This ensures your dog is comfortable with familiar gear and enjoys their walk just the way they like it!

Will you send updates on the house visit?Absolutely! We provide updates, photos, and videos so you can know how your pet and home are doing.

Can you administer medication to my pet?Yes! We can give oral and topical medications as needed. Just provide clear instructions.

What do house visits include?House visits include feeding, fresh water, playtime, pick up poop, water plants, check mail, and any special care for your pets or houses needs.

What is your cancellation policy?We believe in helping the customer. so if plans change, you can cancel or reschedule at any time with no penalties. We appreciate advance notice when possible.

How do I pay?At the moment, we only accept cash payments. Payment is due after the service is complete.
